Katerina’s greatest achievements are often represented by the continuous positive feedback she receives from the clients she engages with and the team around her. Her ability to own and be accountable for a technical problem through to delivery is resounding. In leading by example, Katerina acts as a real beacon of inspiration for the Technical Services team.

Leanne is never far away from the beating heart of CAE. Her can-do, confident, and positive attitude to work, irrelevant of the resourcing requirement to hand really makes Leanne stand out for this award. Some of her key achievements have been for our lighthouse customer projects where resourcing can be particularly challenging when you consider the time, geography and financial pressures associated. Truly someone you can rely on.

Natalie has been instrumental in keeping CAE’s most important asset, our people, in the spotlight. Since joining CAE as HR Manager, from what was almost a standing start, Natalie has invested a monumental amount of time, effort and energy in creating an industry leading HR function to be proud of. Now as Chief People Officer, Natalie relishes the opportunity in working together with passion to make sure there are no limits in what our people and CAE can achieve.

Stacey achieved something with CAE that no other Dell Partner had done before, taking the business from Gold to Platinum to Titanium partner status in two years and has transformed every single aspect of a crucial relationship to deliver exceptional growth. What is remarkable is the level of collaboration and coordination required to achieve this, working across the very different worlds of sales and technical teams to deliver a single outcome. Stacey’s communication skills are of the highest order and she has displayed a remarkable understanding of our own business and the highly complicated world of a huge vendor. No challenge has been too great, her passion has resonated throughout CAE and Stacey is someone who is so respected that everyone wants to work with her, knowing that it will be an incredibly rewarding experience.

Zenia knows that there is always an opportunity to develop at CAE and having embraced this is a leading example of what you can achieve if you put your heart into it! Recently promoted, Zenia is already showing great leadership in driving her team to excel in customer engagement. Extremely hard working and always approachable, Zenia has already managed to demonstrate increased efficiencies and engagement through structural change and process improvement. Zenia is not afraid to tackle challenges head on to develop, even if they fall outside of her natural comfort zone. A real inspiration.
