In one of three rankings, CAE is ranked in the UK's best large companies to work for in Q1 2022.
CAE Technology Services has today been awarded three prestigious league table positions in the Best Companies ranking, including the 10th ‘Best Technology Company’ to work for. These respected awards are given to organisations that display an exceptional workplace culture.
During the event, hosted by TV and sports presenter Dan Walker, CAE Technology Services were also revealed to be the 14th ‘Best Place to Work in the East of England’, and the 36th ‘Best Large Company to Work for in Britain’, rounding off the hat-trick of achievements.
CAE is committed to their culture and believes the key to their continued growth and success is their people. They have helped to shape the company’s diverse, inclusive culture, while living and breathing CAE’s core values of Loving your Job, Working Together, and Doing it Different every single day.
These accolades continue the 30th anniversary celebrations for the technology provider. CAE will be holding a year’s worth of events and initiatives to commemorate 30 years of momentous moments for the business, industry, and technology, as well as looking forward to future aspirations for the next 30 years.
In reaction to the news, CAE’s Chief Executive, Justin Harling, said: “We pride ourselves on the fact that we embrace the different skill sets, perspectives and backgrounds of employees across the organisation. With the social and economic turbulence caused by Covid-19, to be recognised as one of the best workplaces in the technology industry is testament to how our teammates have come together during this time.”
“It’s fitting that we should be recognised for these awards during our 30th anniversary year, a milestone that would not have been achievable without the hard work and dedication of everyone at CAE throughout our 30-year journey.
“I am proud to be part of an organisation where the strength of our culture, underpinned by our core values, stands out, and has been recognised by Best Companies.
“Our values and our culture set us apart from other organisations and that’s down to CAE teammates. If the last 12-months have taught us anything, it’s the importance of ensuring our teammates feel engaged, valued, and connected. Their wellbeing has been at the top of my mind, every step of the way.”
