CAE Technology Services Aquires Novus Group

THE DEAL BOTH UNIQUELY ENHANCES CAE’S TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND SUPPORTS POTENTIAL GROWTH FOR THE NOVUS BRAND.

Infrastructure technology solutions provider CAE Technology Services has acquired 100% of the Novus Group in a strategic move to strengthen the company’s existing Microsoft practice. As a result, CAE will be able to take advantage of the outstanding technical skills that Novus has built up over a number of years.

The Novus brand will be retained, reflecting its strong position in the education market, as will Managing Director, Donald Allison, to make best use of the wider CAE group resources to support existing and potential customers.

The move comes only weeks after CAE unveiled there new multi million pound HQ and logistics centre in Hemel Hempstead.

Commenting on the acquisition CAE Chief Executive, Justin Harling, said, “This deal is fundamentally about the people and their opportunity to grow with their customers, on both a business and personal level. Everyone across the two organisations will be retained and will have the opportunity to apply their expertise in new and exciting ways.

For customers, it means more skills available to help drive transformation from integrating innovative Microsoft cloud, workspace, and security solutions into a wider portfolio of infrastructure services already delivered by CAE.”
