We are proud to announce that CAE are officially 4-star certified by the Service Desk Institute (SDI), for our IT Service Management operations

This prestigious recognition is a significant milestone in our continuous journey toward service excellence. SDI 4 StarThe SDI certification is globally respected and specifically designed to assess and certify the quality and maturity of service desk operations. Achieving a 4-star rating places us among a select group of organisations that are delivering high-performing, customer-focused, and process-driven service desk capabilities. 

Since 2019, CAE has been working closely with the SDI, leveraging their internationally recognised framework to benchmark and enhance our service management performance. Over the past few years, our teams have committed themselves to continuous improvement, innovation, and putting customer experience at the heart of everything we do. This certification reflects that dedication. 

The SDI’s assessment process is comprehensive and rigorous, covering a wide range of criteria including leadership, strategy, resources, tools, performance metrics, and — most importantly — customer satisfaction. Our 4-star certification confirms that CAE consistently operates at a high level of quality and delivers measurable value to our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
