Policy

CAE Technology Services and its employees are committed to supplying Quality IT solutions and IT Services to our customers.

CAE recognises the importance of:

  • Providing a consistent level of service to our customers.
  • Receiving a consistent level of service from our suppliers and partners.
  • Addressing industry challenges by investment in resources, training and major manufacturer partnerships.

CAE are committed to operating under the values, principles and control of a Quality Management System conforming to the International Standard IS0 9001:2008, planned and developed jointly with our other management functions. We will continue to improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, which also includes commitment to meet the requirements of our customers, legal and regulatory.

CAE have set and annually review the Quality Objectives. The Quality Objectives need to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement is maintained.

The Quality Policy, Procedures and Objectives will be communicated and are available to employees via our Proquis system.

CAE will constantly review and improve on the services provided to ensure tasks are completed in the most cost effective and timely manner for the benefit of all our customers.

CAE shall ensure internal audits are undertake with independent reviews to assess the adequacy of implemented security measures including compliance with the Standard.

CAE shall ensure that all our employees understand and are able to perform their duties effectively through an ongoing training and development programme.

Only by providing an outstanding service and high quality product we will achieve our aims of long term success and sustained improvements.

Objectives

The Quality Objectives are set and reviewed annually.

The Quality Objectives will be SMART (Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic and Time scaled) where practical and will be measured against the previous year’s objectives.

The Quality Objectives are available to all employees via the Proquis System. The Quality Objectives are:

  • To ensure that constant level of company profitability by making sure each sales requisition runs at a profit.
  • To ensure that customers are delighted with the products and services that CAE Technology Services provide.
  • To ensure that employees feel valued as part of CAE.
  • To achieve and maintain partnerships with manufacturers.
  • To ensure all suppliers have been ‘approved’ prior to use and are annually reviewed.
  • Managed services renewed rate to be in excess of 70%
  • To aim for 100% customer satisfaction and zero customer complaints.
