HR Business Partner

We are recruiting for a HR Advisor. The HR advisor role will be working closely with the Head of HR, this role will partner closely with the business in driving and delivering various HR initiatives. A true HR generalist role with L&D, Core HR, Talent Management and Compliance responsibilities. We are looking for an experienced, confident self-starter who is looking for an opportunity to deliver an exciting People Strategy.


Your main responsibilities will include;

  • Partnering with the business in all HR matters
  • Advise and support Line Managers in best practice
  • Manage and develop recognition initiatives
  • Drive inspiring internal communications
  • Overseeing all HR administration
  • Maintenance of HRIS
  • Enhance employee experience from on boarding to exit
  • Responsibility for HR policies and processes.



Knowledge & Experience


  • Employment Law and Legislation
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Good command of all MS Office applications
  • Be process driven whilst showing adaptability
  • Be able to work to deadlines


Qualifications & Training


  • CIPD or equivalent
