We are recruiting for a HR Advisor. The HR advisor role will be working closely with the Head of HR, this role will partner closely with the business in driving and delivering various HR initiatives. A true HR generalist role with L&D, Core HR, Talent Management and Compliance responsibilities. We are looking for an experienced, confident self-starter who is looking for an opportunity to deliver an exciting People Strategy.
Your main responsibilities will include;
- Partnering with the business in all HR matters
- Advise and support Line Managers in best practice
- Manage and develop recognition initiatives
- Drive inspiring internal communications
- Overseeing all HR administration
- Maintenance of HRIS
- Enhance employee experience from on boarding to exit
- Responsibility for HR policies and processes.
Knowledge & Experience
Required
- Employment Law and Legislation
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Good command of all MS Office applications
- Be process driven whilst showing adaptability
- Be able to work to deadlines
Qualifications & Training
Required
- CIPD or equivalent
