I've been here for seven months now.

What was your first impression of CAE?

Definitely that it was an excellent company on the outside (even better on the inside) and the people benefits looked great ✨

And what was your first day like?

It was so welcoming with a lot of information but I did find myself feeling very supported in my new adventure.

Tell us, what does working here mean to you?

It gives me the ability to serve and help others - I never have to look far for someone to help me and I want to provide that support to others too.

How would you describe working at CAE?

CAE is a place with amazing cultural values, like no other I have experienced before. 

What's the best part of your job?

Living our core values such as working together and being part of our brilliant team.
